Terms of Service

1.Who we are

Orbox is operated by Orbox Labs s.r.o., company ID 29910340, registered office Pernerova 676/51, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 452658 (“we”, “Orbox”). You can reach us at support@orbox.dev.

2.Scope and who Orbox is for

These terms form part of the contract between us and the person or company that creates an account (“customer”, “you”). They apply to the website, the Orbox application and all related services (together, the “service”). The Pricing page and the Data Processing Agreement form part of these terms.

Orbox is intended for businesses. By creating an account you confirm that you are using the service as part of your business or on behalf of the company you represent, and that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

If you are nonetheless a consumer, the mandatory rights you have under consumer protection law are not affected by anything in these terms. Section “Consumers” below applies to you.

3.Your account

You can sign up with an email address or through a supported third-party sign-in. You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity in your account and in workspaces you own, including activity of members you invite.

Tell us without delay at support@orbox.dev if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4.The service

Orbox helps you describe your company’s processes, writes them up and prepares a plan for automating them. If you connect your tools, Orbox can monitor whether your processes run as described. Orbox accesses connected tools only to the extent needed for the features you use, and you can disconnect a tool at any time.

Parts of the service are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, so review it before you rely on it or put any automation into operation. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the automations you run.

We may change, add, limit or remove any part of the service at any time. The service is provided as it is and as available, without warranties beyond those required by law.

5.Plans, credits and payment

The current plans, prices, credit allowances, rates at which credits are consumed and credit validity are set out on the Pricing page. The free plan may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time. Each person may own only one workspace on the free plan. On the free plan, a workspace may create only the number of processes set out on the Pricing page over its whole lifetime: every process created counts, including processes later deleted or archived, so deleting or archiving a process does not free up a place. Paid plans have no such limit.

Paid plans and extra credits are sold through Link, a service of Stripe. Stripe is the merchant of record and the seller of the purchase: you buy from the Stripe entity named at checkout and on your receipt, which shows the purchase as “Sold through Link”. Orbox Labs s.r.o. remains the provider of the service and is responsible for the service itself. Link’s payment terms, shown at checkout, apply to the payment; these terms apply to the use of the service. Purchases are not available from countries where Stripe does not offer them, including countries subject to sanctions.

  • Prices are set in US dollars. Link may show and charge the price in your local currency, converted at the rate shown at checkout. If your card is in yet another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion and fees.
  • VAT and other indirect taxes are calculated, charged and paid to the tax authorities by Stripe as the seller, based on your location and on whether you buy as a business. The amount, including any tax, is shown before you pay. If you enter a valid VAT number, the reverse charge may apply.
  • Receipts, invoices and refund or credit notes are issued and sent to you by email from Link, not by us. The payment appears on your bank statement starting with “LINK.COM*”, followed by our name.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
  • If you move to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately and you pay the proportionate difference for the rest of the current period. If you move to a lower plan, the change takes effect from the next billing period.
  • Credits are consumed by using the service as described on the Pricing page, and their validity is set out there. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or exchangeable for money. They are refunded only where these terms or the law provide for it.
  • Extra credits are a one-off purchase. They do not expire and remain available if the workspace moves to the free plan. Credits included in a plan expire when the workspace moves to the free plan.
  • When your credits run out, the features that use credits pause until your credits renew or you buy more. Your content is not deleted.
  • You can cancel at any time in the workspace settings in the application or in your Link account at link.com, where you can also change your payment method and billing details. If you paid as a guest, Link invites you to create an account for this. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, unless the law requires it or Link grants a refund under its terms.
  • When a paid plan ends, the workspace moves to the free plan. Your content is kept, but the content and its features may be limited according to the free plan.
  • If a payment fails, we may limit or suspend paid features until it is settled. If the payment still fails after repeated attempts, the subscription ends and the workspace moves to the free plan.
  • Questions about a payment, subscription, refund or invoice are handled by Link support; questions about the service are handled by us. Link may refund a payment under its terms. If a payment is refunded, by us or by Link, the refund includes the tax and we remove the unused credits obtained with it. Disputes about a payment with your bank (chargebacks) are handled by Stripe; until the dispute is resolved we may suspend the use of credits obtained with that payment.
  • If you ask Link to delete your payment data, Link cancels your subscriptions sold through it, and the workspace moves to the free plan at the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices and credit allowances. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance by email or in the application. If you disagree, cancel before the change takes effect.

6.Acceptable use

You must not use the service in a way that breaks the law or harms us or others. In particular you must not:

  • upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful;
  • enter special categories of personal data (such as health data) or data of children unless it is strictly necessary and you have a legal basis for it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access, test vulnerabilities without our permission, overload or disrupt the service;
  • reverse engineer the service, resell it or circumvent usage limits or credits;
  • use the service for practices prohibited by the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.

If we reasonably believe you have breached these rules, we may suspend or restrict the affected account or content, or terminate the contract with immediate effect.

7.Your content and intellectual property

The process descriptions, files and other content you put into Orbox, and the outputs generated for you, belong to you. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process and display that content to provide, secure and improve the service, in line with the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

Orbox itself, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely without any obligation to you.

8.Personal data

How we handle personal data about you is described in the Privacy Policy.

Where your content contains personal data of other people (for example your colleagues or customers), you act as the controller and we process that data on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.

9.Orbox Partners

Orbox Partners are independent automation companies that build automations from processes described in Orbox. Through Orbox you can ask to be introduced to a Partner.

  • Any work you order from a Partner is agreed directly between you and the Partner. Orbox is not a party to that contract and is not liable for the Partner’s work, warranty or complaints.
  • A Partner gets access to your workspace only if you invite it, and you can remove that access at any time. Its use of the service draws on your workspace’s credits.
  • We may pay Partners a commission under the Partner Program Terms.

If you have a problem with a Partner, tell us at the contact on the Legal notice page.

10.Liability

We are liable for damage we cause by breaching these terms, subject to the following limits, which the parties agree on as businesses. If you are a consumer, they apply only to the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for lost profit, indirect damage, damage caused by decisions or automations based on AI output, or damage caused by outages or errors of third-party tools and services;
  • we are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of hosting, networks or AI model providers, cyberattacks or acts of public authorities;
  • our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the fees paid for the service in those 12 months (excluding taxes), and for the free plan to USD 100;
  • these limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to harm to a person’s life, health or other natural rights, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

11.Ending the contract

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate the contract with at least 14 days’ notice, or with immediate effect if you breach these terms. If we terminate for a reason other than your breach, we arrange a refund of the unused part of fees paid in advance, made through Link.

After the contract ends you can export your processes for 30 days. We then delete your content, except for data we are required to keep by law.

12.Reporting illegal content

If you come across content in Orbox that you believe is illegal, report it to support@orbox.dev. Tell us where the content is and why you think it is illegal. If we restrict content, we tell the person affected why, as required by the EU Digital Services Act.

13.Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. We will tell you about changes that are to your disadvantage by email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect; if you disagree, you may terminate the contract before that date. Other changes, and changes required by law, may take effect when published. By continuing to use the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

14.Consumers

This section applies only to consumers, meaning individuals who buy the service outside their trade, business or profession. If you buy as a business or on behalf of a company, in particular if you provide a company registration or VAT number at checkout, this section and the right of withdrawal do not apply to you.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

  • How to withdraw: fill in the withdrawal form below and send it to support@orbox.dev, or send us or Link support any other clear statement. The deadline is met if you send it before the period expires. We will confirm receipt by email.
  • Start of the service: when you pay, you expressly request that the service starts immediately, before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate part of the price for the period until withdrawal.
  • Refund: the rest of the price, including the tax on it, is refunded through Link within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used.
Withdrawal form (PDF)Fillable on screen. Save it and email it to support@orbox.dev.

You can resolve a dispute out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.gov.cz, adr.coi.cz).

15.Governing law and disputes

  • Governing law: these terms and any contract made under them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.). The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
  • Jurisdiction: disputes will be decided by the courts of the Czech Republic with local jurisdiction over our registered office. We may also bring a claim before the courts where you have your registered office.
  • Consumers: if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim before the courts there.
  • Language: these terms are concluded in English. No other language version exists, and any translation is for information only.
  • Severability: if any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these terms remains in effect, and the provision is replaced by a valid one closest to its purpose.
  • Assignment: we may transfer the contract to a successor or to a company in our group, or as part of a sale of the business. You may transfer it only with our consent.
  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.

These terms take effect on 18 August 2026.
