Orbox turns a plain conversation into a clear, written process. You explain how the work gets done, Orbox asks about anything missing, then lays it out step by step. Your developer takes it from there and automates it.

Credits measure the work Orbox does. You use them when Orbox writes or edits a process for you in the chat (a small tweak costs less than a whole new process) and when it monitors a running process by checking each step in your tools. You can see your usage anytime in the workspace settings. Alerts when something goes wrong cost nothing.

A small change to an existing process uses about half a credit, describing a whole new process a few credits. Every plan also includes {{?}} credits of monitoring a month. If you’re not sure which plan fits, start for free and see how much you actually use.

Everything you need to try Orbox for real: 5 credits every day, {{?}} credits of monitoring a month, and you can create up to 3 processes (deleted and archived ones count too). That’s enough to take one real process from first conversation to a running, monitored process before you decide anything.

No. Every plan includes unlimited members. You pay for credits, not seats, so bring your whole team and your external developer. Everyone draws from one shared credit pool.

No, not while your subscription is running: unused plan credits carry into the next month. They expire only if the workspace moves to Free. Credits you buy on top never expire. Free daily credits reset at the end of each day, and the monthly monitoring allowance resets each month.

Nothing is lost. Your processes stay and you can still read and share them. New chat work and monitoring pause, and Orbox tells you that your processes are no longer being checked. Everything resumes when your credits renew or you move to a bigger plan.

Payments go through Link, a service of Stripe, which sells the plan on our behalf as the merchant of record. Stripe works out any VAT for your country and shows the total before you pay. If you buy as a company with a VAT number, the reverse charge may apply. Link emails you a receipt and invoice for every payment.

Yes, anytime. A higher plan starts right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the current period. A lower plan starts from your next billing period.

Cancel anytime in your workspace settings under Plan and credits, or in your Link account. You keep your plan credits until the end of the billing period, then move to the free plan. Credits you bought on top stay with you, and so do all your processes, which you can keep working on. If you have already created 3 or more processes, you’ll need a paid plan to create another.

Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout Link can show the price in your local currency, at the rate it shows you before you pay.

You do. Everything you create in Orbox belongs to your company. Only the people you invite, or share a link with, can see it.
